The team has formed and the final roster is posted on the right –>
Also, because we signed up as a team it will only be $75 per person. Don’t worry if you already paid Ben, he will give you the difference back.
We also now have to find a sponsor bar or restaurant. So if you have one in mind email me or Ben or comment on this post. We also understand not everyone is 21 which is fine, no worries.
And the last announcement is that on May 17 or 18 we will be having a social practice to meet everyone and get some Softball in before the season at Warren Park. We will see what day is better for everyone.
As soon as I get a hold of the schedule I will post it. We do know our first game will be on June 22, and then every Sunday after that for 8-10 weeks.
Until then, as Chip always says, HIT THE CAGES!

Amy says the 18th is better because she is hosting a Bridal Party on the 17th, and I would also prefer May 18th in the evening

News:
-We’ve just added Sara to the roster to put us at 15. I think we’re in a good place, so I’m going to say this is the final roster, unless you have a ringer that wants to play.
-Max and I are looking into renting a batting cage at Warren Park on Sunday May 18 in the afternoon. Max will send details soon.
-We are still searching for a bar sponsor. I have a couple on the hook and are looking for the best deal.
-Amy will be bringing equipment to the games, so before you run out and buy anything you might want to email her and see if she has what you need.

Guys - wear a cup. I’m serious. 12″ softballs hurt.
There’s a batting cage in Skokie off of Oakton street where you can smash 12″ balls in the batting cage. I’d probably be up for whenever.
